    SERO S.A.S. develops a strict hiring process, which consists of a few consecutive steps which began at the time of approval of the worker’s hiring by the user company. The recruitment department proceeds to refer the candidate for an occupational medical examination, makes the affiliations to EPS, AFP, ARP and compensation fund. The employment contract is signed and they are given an ID card.
